ABSTRACT

Employees have felt more safe and driven as a result of transformational leadership. As a result, their engagement and performance improve. This research aims to develop a conceptual framework for evaluating the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, with employee engagement and performance serving as a mediating variable . Survey data collected from 246 employees from financial institutions in Mumbai. Results from the multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 22 indicated that the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, employee engagement, and performance is enormous.
