ABSTRACT

We hope to discover how employee engagement, employee satisfaction, and overall organisational performance are related to each other in this study. This study employed a descriptive research design. In order to test a hypothesis, a questionnaire and convenience sampling approach were used. Using SPSS 22, exploratory factor analysis was performed on a sample of 180 employees from various private banking organisations in Delhi-NCR. The study's findings based on regression analysis, show that improving the performance of Delhi-private NCR's banking firms has been mostly attributed to a rise in staff involvement, satisfaction, and experience. Effective use has been made of the concepts of employee involvement, experience, and satisfaction to raise company performance.
